Riding your bike should be a fun and comfortable experience. After all, if you are not comfortable, you probably won’t ride. Saddle sores, sore neck/back, hotspots on your feet, sore knees, should not be a normal part of your riding experience. If you are not comfortable, or having fun, chances are your bike is not properly fit to you and your anatomy. This starts with bike frame size and geometry, followed by the touchpoints (seat, handlebars, pedals), and on to some adjustments of angles, heights, lengths, etc. It is a simple and important phase of your cycling hobby (or addiction!), and it will make even the longest, most brutal rides, much more barable.
We offer a friendly, non-intimidating, professional fit service for anyone from the beginning fitness cyclist, to the ultra-fit triathlete. All of our fit services come with recordings of the measurements we find to be the best for you. You will also receive 20% OFF any parts needed to get your bike properly fit to you the day of your fit session!
And remember, as you ride more, age, and/or improve your fitness level, your fit needs may change. This is not a “one and done” experience, so keep observing your body as you ride.
